4. Refund Policy In the event of order cancellation or product return, payments will be processed in accordance with the applicable refund policy. The refund policy may vary depending on the type of product.

Purchase Acceptance Terms

1. Order Confirmation The order is confirmed by us once it has been received and the customer has completed the payment. The order is considered binding and cannot be canceled after this stage.
2. Product Availability All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be notified via alert, and the amount will be refunded to their wallet. The customer will not be able to add a replacement, and the order will be delivered without the unavailable item.
3. Prices The prices confirmed at the time of order confirmation are final and cannot be changed afterward.
4. Modifications and Cancellation Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation and receipt. It is therefore advised to carefully review the order before confirming.

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Conditions Customers may return products within 24 hours and exchange them within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the products are in their original condition, unopened, and accompanied by the invoice.
2. Exceptions Certain products cannot be returned or exchanged, such as: • Perishable food items (fresh, chilled, and frozen products) • Products that have been opened or used • Customized or personalized products based on the customer’s request • Personal care items and underwear, for health and hygiene reasons • Recharge cards (mobile credit, gaming, internet)
3. Return and Exchange Process • The customer must submit a return or exchange request via the application or by contacting customer service. • Products must be returned to "Astra Supermarket" – Al Ashrafyah branch. • The products will be inspected, and the transaction will be processed within a specified period.
4. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned products. Customers will have the option to keep the refunded amount in their wallet or have it transferred to their bank account.

Delivery Policy and Fees

• Scheduled Delivery: Orders are delivered during pre-set time slots based on availability in your area, with a delivery fee of SAR 9. • Express Delivery: Orders are delivered within 60 to 90 minutes with a delivery fee of SAR 25. The service is shown among the delivery options when available. • To ensure customer privacy and safety, delivery is limited to the doorstep only. Delivery personnel are not allowed to enter the home under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Once the order has been placed and payment confirmed, the order cannot be canceled. We recommend reviewing the order carefully before completing the payment process.
2. Exceptions If there are any issues with the order, such as receiving incorrect or damaged products, please contact our customer service within [3 hours] of receiving the order for assistance.
3. Policy Changes We reserve the right to modify or update the cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated through the application.

 "Astra Klick" grants users a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to access and use the content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Content must not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3.       Restrictions:

 Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any content from the "Astra Klick" application without prior authorization. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

4.       Reporting Violations:

 If a user believes that their intellectual property rights have been infringed, they must report it to "Astra Klick" through the contact methods available in the application.

 Content Changes: "Astra Klick" reserves the right to modify or update the content available in the application at any time without prior notice.

Governing Laws

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute related to these terms, the jurisdiction shall be with the Saudi courts. Your use of the application signifies your agreement to comply with all relevant local and international laws.

Effective Date These terms and conditions are effective as of “October 29, 2025” and will remain in effect until modified or updated. These terms are reviewed annually and renewed as needed.

Privacy and Security

1.      Protection of Personal Information We are committed to protecting your personal information. We implement technical and administrative security measures to safeguard your data from unauthorized access or unlawful use.

2.       Data Collection The application does not collect any personal data about the customer except when the customer uses the application services. This personal data includes the customer’s name, email, mobile phone number, and the delivery address specified through the application. The purpose of collecting the customer’s personal data is as follows: • To communicate with the customer regarding their experience with the application. • To register the customer in the application, verify their account, and link it to their phone number and email. • To send and inform the customer of promotional offers provided by the application from time to time. • To measure the time taken in the delivery process. • To develop the application in accordance with the customer’s experience and usage.

The "Astra Klick" application is committed to maintaining the privacy of the customer’s personal data. The application needs to collect this data for statistical purposes within the application to improve the service, such as the number of active users and their selected addresses. "Astra Klick" commits not to share this data with third parties without your permission.

3.       Encryption All financial transactions and sensitive information are encrypted using standard security protocols. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect your data during transmission.

4.       User Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You must not share your account information with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

5.       Authorized Use You must use the application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the terms of use. Any unauthorized use of the application or attempts to access others’ data constitutes a breach of these terms.

Loyalty Program

1.       Definition of the Loyalty Card: The loyalty card is a special card issued to users who register in the "Astra Klick" loyalty program, enabling them to receive discounts and additional benefits.

2.       Point Accumulation: Users earn 5 points for every 1 SAR spent in the application. Points are automatically accumulated upon completing a purchase.

3.       No points will be awarded for all types of digital cards, cigarettes, tobacco, or when payment is made using points.

4.       No points will be awarded on the value of the value-added tax applied to the product price in any purchase.

5.      No points will be awarded when using the wallet for payment and purchase.

6.       Using Points: Users can use the points they have collected to pay for purchases. Every 350 points are equivalent to [1 SAR] when redeemed.

7.       Effect of Purchase Interruption: A 25% deduction from the total points balance will be applied every 3 months if the user does not make any purchase during the same period.

8.       Points Verification: Users can check their points balance through their accounts in the application, where the points balance is automatically updated after each purchase.

9.       Additional Terms: Additional terms may apply to the loyalty program, such as special offers or eligible products. These terms will be clearly stated in the application.

10.       Changes to the Loyalty Program: "Astra Klick" reserves the right to modify or cancel the loyalty program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the application.

11.   The return and exchange policy for products applies according to the mechanism adopted in the "Astra Klick" policy.

• Pre-Order:

• By placing a pre-order for products through our store, you agree to reserve the product before it is actually available in stock. • Products will be shipped at a later date determined based on the arrival schedules provided by the suppliers.

• No Exchange or Return:

• As products are reserved specifically for pre-orders, all pre-orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable after the order is confirmed. • Once the purchase of the pre-order is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled or its contents modified.

• Delivery and Expected Time:

• All pre-ordered products are subject to delivery according to the schedule provided by the supplier. Unexpected delays may occur in some cases, but you will be notified of any relevant updates.

• Prices and Promotions:

• Prices or promotional offers may change between the time the pre-order is placed and the time of delivery. However, the prices confirmed at the time of purchase will be honored.
